As the nature of this work is confidential, I won't be able to show any project visuals for the time being. However, I can provide description of the work I've done.
Takamol Holding is a government company from Saudi Arabia aiming to develop the country’s labour market and mobilize startup community.
As a part of development team, I worked on one main project: expanding a Saudi Arabian government platform that allows 4 types of users: beneficiaries, entities, delegates and admins to apply for, approve and supervise different type of government services, tracking and updating it's status in real time.

Process
The Discovery Workshop
The discovery phase required the entire Team a thorough understanding of the diverse needs and expectations of each user type. Extensive stakeholder interviews, user surveys, and market research were conducted to identify pain points, challenges, and aspirations of each persona. Cultural nuances, user's age, limited techical knowledge, and accessibility considerations unique to Saudi Arabia were also integrated into the research.
